Recently, the Group officially launched the customized short comic drama platform project in Turkey. Capitalizing on Turkey’s status as a core internet market in the Middle East featuring a large young user base and robust market demand for short comic dramas, the project explores the high-potential blue-ocean track. It builds an international digital cultural and entertainment service system covering localized content production, intelligent distribution, AI-empowered creation and diversified commercial monetization, driving the high-quality development of the Group’s overseas cultural, creative and economic and trade cooperation.

Turkey boasts high internet penetration and a large youth population, where local users show high acceptance and strong consumption stickiness to lightweight short comic drama content. The local industry is still in its initial stage with huge market potential. To seize market opportunities, the Group has rolled out a fully localized platform solution that fits local aesthetic preferences and consumption scenarios, building a professional and intelligent overseas cultural and creative operation system.

Centering on localized operation, the project consists of three core sectors. The customized dual-terminal APP is compatible with iOS and Android systems, supporting multi-language switching, local payment access and diversified monetization modes. Equipped with a complete operation backend, data monitoring and user growth system, the platform has completed compliant launch on overseas app stores to ensure stable and standardized operation. Supported by cross-border node deployment, the overseas cloud service integrates network acceleration, security protection and high-concurrency processing capabilities to solve cross-border access stuttering and data security problems, consolidating a solid technical foundation for platform operation.

The AI intelligent content production platform is the core highlight of the project. Integrated with intelligent creation, multimodal generation, automatic dubbing and subtitling functions, it supports the conversion of live-action short dramas into comic works and AI rapid production, realizing minute-level content output. The platform greatly improves localized content production efficiency, reduces production costs, and continuously delivers high-quality content tailored to local market needs.

Adopting a phased iteration model with a controllable construction cycle, the project provides long-term technical operation, maintenance and iterative upgrade services after delivery. Upon launch, the platform will form a complete closed loop of “content supply — user operation — commercial monetization” to rapidly seize the blue-ocean market in Turkey. In the future, taking this project as a pivot, the Group will radiate to surrounding Middle Eastern regions, expand overseas cultural and entertainment layout, and build a new growth pole for the Group’s overseas digital cultural and creative business.
