Recently, the Group officially kicked off the Phase I project of the Cappadocia Global Production Capacity Trading Center. Aligned with the Belt and Road Initiative for production capacity cooperation, the project integrates minimalist Chinese aesthetics with local Turkish culture to build an international trade hub encompassing digital trading, production capacity pre-sales, halal certification, smart logistics and cultural tourism experience.

Covering a land area of 82,000 square meters, Phase I features a total floor area ranging from 150,000 to 200,000 square meters. The building consists of 3 above-ground floors and 1 underground floor with a maximum height of 24 meters, complying with airspace control regulations. The underground floor houses a data center, intelligent warehouses and logistics passages to ensure efficient operation. The first floor above ground includes trading halls, brand exhibition halls and a UAV landing field, with a floor height of 6 meters and unobstructed logistics access. The second floor is designed for certification laboratories, offices and conference centers. The third floor provides business hotels and staff dormitories to meet the needs of business receptions and on-site accommodation.

Adopting a minimalist Chinese architectural style combined with modern building materials, the project features sunken courtyards that blend harmoniously with the Red River landscape. It applies Building Integrated Photovoltaics (BIPV), with over 80% of the roof covered by photovoltaic panels to achieve green and low-carbon operation. The electromechanical systems are energy-efficient. The landscape greening rate reaches no less than 40%, and the waterfront ecological belt highlights the integration of business and tourism.

Constructed in strict compliance with local seismic and civil defense standards, the project aims to obtain LEED Gold Certification or China Three-Star Green Building Certification. Upon completion, it will greatly boost cross-border production capacity collaboration and facilitate high-quality development of economic and trade cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative.
